I’m getting 500 errors in my survey — what’s going on?

This survey has thousands of combinations of different options, so the load times on pages will take a while, or sometimes time-out completely. For best performance, please do not attempt to complete this survey on a mobile device, or on an unreliable connection. Thanks!

What brings MyKronoz to Kickstarter? MyKronoz shares entrepreneurial mindset of Kickstarter, so to bring to market such a revolutionary smartwatch, it was clear to us that involving a large community of backers would make it not just a “good” product but a GREAT product. With the Kickstarter community support, we’re confident we’ll launch the perfect product that any consumer would dream of having on their wrist

How long is the ZeTime battery life? In traditional Smartwatch usage (used regularly throughout the day), the battery will last around 3 days with a single charge. But more important is how long the battery will last after you stop using the smartwatch feature: the hands will keep going up to 30 days, so no need to worry about wearing a watch that doesn’t tell you the time, as long you charge it at least once a month.

Is the ZeTime waterproof? ZeTime is not only shower and spill-proof. It has been designed to be used up to 30 meters* deep without risk of damaging it. (*water resistance certification pending)

Where are the mechanical hands located? The hands are located over the color screen, making them visible at all times. Of course, they’re fully protected by a Sapphire Glass combined with touch-sensitive panel, and they won’t disturb your navigation or reading experience thanks to the Smart Movement technology we have built into ZeTime

Is the ZeTime touch responsive? Yes, the ZeTime offers the perfect touchscreen experience you’d expect from a great smartwatch. The main difference is that you can see the watch hands between your finger and the screen, but thanks to Smart Movement they perfectly and magically work together.

What languages are supported on ZeTime? ZeTime can support many different languages such as English / French / German / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / Dutch / Russian / Arabic / Thai / Japanese / Korean as well Traditional and simplified Chinese Depending on local demand our engineering team will be able to add additional languages if needed.

Does ZeTime work with both iOS and Android? Yes, ZeTime has been developed to offer the same level of compatibility for both iOS and Android users. Some minor features might not be available for iOS users compared to Android.

Will the watch bands be interchangeable? Yes, ZeTime Regular uses the traditional 22mm wristband standard while the Petite uses 18mm one, in order to allow users to change their band whenever they need or want to.

What are the main differences between ZeTime Regular & ZeTime Petite

  1. Sizes. - ZeTime Regular: 44mm - ZeTime Petite: 39mm

2. Despite a smaller size of screen, 1.05”, ZeTime Petite will share the same 240X240 resolution. Given the smaller size of the watch body, we’re trying our best to embed a 180 mAh battery instead of the 200 mAh of the Regular version. This isn’t final yet, our engineering team is working on it as we speak. We’re also working on making the 2-in-1 charger capable of fitting both Regular and Petite version, but this point still need to be confirmed by our R&D after testing.

Can ZeTime be used as a regular Smartwatch? Yes, ZeTime is with no limitations a real Smartwatch. It connects to your smartphone (iOS or Android) over Bluetooth low energy (4.1) in order to receive your notifications and messages as well inform you about incoming calls.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
